Terms and Conditions: We do make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. We reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. The number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. We reserve to right to cancel any booking if it is in excess of building standards and policies. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Price does not allow for any extra charges associated with departure. All Apartments are non-smoking. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments or termination of the agreed letting period. It is an offence to throw anything from the balconies, and it will result in immediate eviction. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in the termination of the rental. Pets are not permitted within the complex as per body corporate by-laws. A callout fee of $100 applies for any guests who have locked themselves out of the room and require assistance for re-entry.
Personal Injury & Loss – Holiday Management Co Pty Ltd or any of its employees take no responsibility for any injury to the tenant and anyone the tenant has in the said property and common areas at any time during the tenancy and is the tenant’s responsibility. Personal property, damages, breakages, theft and loss of the tenant/tenant’s property and anyone else’s property within the said property are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. Damages or breakage of the property and its contents during the tenant’s letting period are the tenant’s responsibility, and the costs of repairs and replacements will be charged to the tenant from the credit card details provided. We do make every attempt to contact the tenant within.
